Shipping terms and conditions:

Our website offers the cheapest shipping options based on our standard rates. However, certain pincodes may not be eligible for door delivery. In such cases, you can either pick up your parcel from the courier office or pay extra for door delivery. It is your responsibility to input correct shipping details. Incase of miss delivery due to incomplete or wrong address or phone number,  you will be charged extra for  reverse shipping as well as forward shipping.

Cancellation or Editing Orders:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting us via WhatsApp at Ph: 7021217040. However, we cannot guarantee cancellations after this time frame due to our fast shipping process. Refunds, including shipping fees, are provided if the order has not yet shipped. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for orders that have already been shipped, refused, or undelivered due to incorrect address or contact information. Reverse shipping charges may apply for refused or returned orders.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received:

Please inspect your package upon delivery for any damage. If any items are damaged, contact us immediately at Ph: 7021217040 within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the damage and provide compensation through store credits, refunds, or product reshipment, depending on the situation. If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange pickup or refund shipping charges, and send you the correct product upon return.

Returns:

We prioritize your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our products, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned products, we will refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees). Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and prior authorization from us is required for returns.

Please allow up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.i
